Nicole Sandler is an accomplished professional in the finance and technology sectors, currently serving on the Digital, Technology & Cyber Product and Services Board at UK Finance since April 2023, while also holding the position of Head of Digital Policy at Barclays since May 2013. Sandler's expertise in regulatory obstacles to financial innovation is recognized through multiple accolades, including being named the City AM/Crypto AM Industry Personality of the Year 2022 and featured in several "Top Women in FinTech" lists from 2017 to 2022. As an Advisory Board Member of RegTech Women, Sandler actively promotes gender diversity and supports women's contributions in the RegTech industry. Prior experiences include a senior associate role at JONES DAY® and a secondment with the Royal Bank of Scotland, complemented by a strong educational background in law and politics.
