Thomas Harris is an experienced evidence manager currently serving as Principal Evidence Manager at the UK Covid-19 Inquiry since December 2022. Previously, Thomas held various roles at the Independent Inquiry Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) from February 2016 to January 2023, including Deputy Head of Information Management and Senior Project Advisor. Thomas's career also includes significant experience at the UK Home Office from March 2009 to February 2016, where roles included Historical Review Team Leader and National Security Unit Support. Earlier professional experience includes a position as a bureau de change teller at Marks and Spencer from 2006 to 2009. Thomas holds a BA (Hons) in Medieval Studies from The University of Manchester, completed in 2006, and attended Hagley RC High School from 1996 to 2003.
