Kanakaraj Ariyappan has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as AVP - Area Manager for Br Ops & Services at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since February 2017, with prior roles in operational risk management. Previous positions include Branch Manager and DBM at ICICI Bank from October 2014 to February 2017, and Associate Manager in General Banking Operations at IndusInd Bank from July 2011 to October 2014. Kanakaraj started the banking career as a Trainee Clerk in Branch Operations at Tamilnad Mercantile Bank from March 2008 to September 2010. Kanakaraj holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from Periyar University.
