Mihai Ratoiu is a Senior DevSecOps Engineer at UiPath, where a focus is placed on enhancing CI/CD pipelines and security in cloud-native environments, utilizing Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm. As the Founder of Leanshapes, Mihai developed an abstract background generator with NextJS, p5.js, and React. Previously, a Senior DevOps Engineer at ING involved migrating CI/CD workflows to Azure DevOps and developing micro-frontend dashboards. Earlier experience includes co-founding Alphid Advanced Development, winning the JA-YE Brilliant Entrepreneur Award, and serving as a QA Engineer at ING Romania, automating functional tests. Mihai holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest and a High School Diploma in Computer Science from CNITV.
