Lin Lin has a work experience that includes being a Principal Software Engineer at UiPath since December 2019. Prior to that, Lin Lin worked at Microsoft as a Senior Software Engineer from February 2013 to December 2019. During this time, Lin Lin was involved in the frontend development of "Power Virtual Agent", a chatbot management SaaS. Lin Lin also researched, architected, and implemented a reusable flowchart graph framework in React.js. Before Microsoft, Lin Lin worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Pixar Animation Studios from June 2012 to December 2012.

Lin Lin obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from Sun Yat-sen University in the years 2007 to 2011. Following this, Lin pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at Yale University from 2011 to 2012.
