Ken McAdams is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career in the military and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Bowhead Site Manager at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies since May 2023, McAdams oversees 18 contract employees supporting the PACAF Exercise Division and leads planning for major military exercises in the INDOPACOM area. McAdams previously held several key leadership positions within the United States Air Force, including Chief of Staff for Special Operations Command Pacific, where responsibilities included managing a budget of $211 million and overseeing operations involving 503 personnel. Additional roles included Deputy Commander for the 353rd Special Operations Group and Director of Plans & Strategy for Special Operations Command Korea, showcasing extensive experience in crisis and contingency operations. McAdams holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland and has completed advanced military education at U.S. Air Force Air University and U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, along with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
