Andre Harris, PMP®, ITIL®, currently serves as Senior Program Manager at UICGS/Bowhead Family of Companies since May 2023, following an extensive career at IBM where roles included Associate Partner and Senior Managing Consultant specializing in SAP Enterprise Applications. Prior positions at IBM included Project Manager for the FDA User Fee System and Finance and Audit Business Integration Service Contract, as well as PMO Manager for Navy ERP, overseeing multiple significant government contracts. Andre Harris also held the position of President at Beta Alpha Lambda Inc., an educational foundation in Baltimore, and began a career as a Commissioned Officer in the US Army.
