Sam Drury began their career in 2004 as a Paper Engineer at Santoro Graphics. In 2008, they moved to Xquillion Software as a User Experience Designer. In 2010, they founded and owned Cut Out Paper, while also taking on the role of Head of User Experience at UI Centric. In this role, they designed and managed the User Experience and Information Architecture for a multitude of applications, websites and user interfaces across a wide variety of devices and platforms. Sam also led a team of UX designers across the UK and US. In 2014, they became Co-Owner of Grey Letter Press. In 2017, they became Co-Owner of White Black Grey, an online design-led lifestyle store.
Sam Drury's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Product & Furniture Design from Kingston University, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended North Oxford College of Higher Education from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained an Art Foundation - National Diploma in Art and Design. Finally, from 1993 to 2000, Sam attended Magdalen College School and obtained A Levels in Physics, Maths, General Studies, and Art.
