Alan Bromberg currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Talent Management at Universal Health Services, a position held since March 2018. In this role, Alan leads the Talent Management, Executive Recruitment, and Executive Professional Development functions for the organization. Prior to this, Alan was the Corporate Director of Executive Recruitment at UHS, overseeing recruitment for c-suite executives and direct reports across two divisions. Alan’s professional experience includes serving as Executive Search Lead for North America at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed leading executive searches and developing talent strategies. Additionally, Alan was a Principal at Howard Fischer Associates and has held positions in institutional fixed income sales at Janney Montgomery Scott and Salomon Smith Barney. Alan holds a BS in Business from Penn State University and studied in Sevilla, Spain, through the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
