Sean Dolan has extensive experience in technology and management roles, currently serving as a System Program Manager for Virtual Health and Digital Transformation at United Health Services since November 2016. Previously, Sean held positions as an Epic System Analyst III and Systems Analyst at the same organization. In addition to this role, Sean is the owner of GreenStreet Data, providing services including website design, PC repair, network installations, and search engine optimization. Between January 2014 and November 2016, Sean worked as the Election Technology Coordinator for the Broome County Board of Elections, where responsibilities included managing the county's voting system. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager and IT Manager for TEXTBOOKFETCHER/Mando Books and as a PC/LAN Technician for Chenango Forks School District. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from SUNY Empire State College and a Master's in Business Administration from Western Governors University.
