Mamuka Samkharadze is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and management. Currently serving as Director of Software, Business Applications, and IT Services Operations at UGT since March 2018, Mamuka also holds the position of IT Outsourcing Department Director. Previously, Mamuka worked at the Public Service Development Agency from July 2012 to February 2018 as Deputy CEO and IT Operation Department Director, where responsibilities included strategic planning, human resources development, and information security management. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at the Civil Registry Agency of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, managing document issuance processes and overseeing the refugee registration process. Mamuka holds a Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, and Management from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
