Ali Hashemi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Their most recent position was with UGL as a Senior Primary Engineer - Project Lead, starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Bouygues Construction Australia as a Deputy Test & Commissioning Manager and Senior HV Design Engineer. Ali also held a role as a Senior Project Engineer - Utilities at Laing O'Rourke from September 2019 to January 2021. Before that, Ali Hashemi worked at UGL as a Senior Electrical Engineer and Electrical Engineer. Ali has also worked as an Electrical Project Engineer at CB&I Kentz Joint Venture (CKJV) and as a Senior Electrical Project Engineer at Laing O'Rourke. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Senior E&I Project Engineer at Nacap Australia Pty Ltd, Head of Electrical Department at OTC - Oil Turbo Compressor, Engineering Manager at Payesh Sanat Novin, and Lead Electrical Engineer at Chagalesh.

Ali Hashemi has a Master's degree in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Mazandaran, which was obtained by 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shiraz University, completed by 1999. Ali does not have any additional certifications, such as RPEQ.
