Camille HEVIN is a juriste with extensive experience in M&A, private equity, corporate law, real estate, and commercial matters. Currently employed at UGGC Avocats since January 2017, Camille specializes in structuring, negotiating, and drafting contractual and legal documentation for leveraged buyouts (LBOs), restructurings, financings, and mergers and acquisitions, while providing legal oversight for non-listed companies and conducting due diligence for various clients including French and foreign investment funds, industrial groups, and startups. Prior experience includes a position at SBKG & associés, where similar responsibilities were undertaken, as well as earlier roles as a trainee and paralegal where foundational legal skills were developed. Camille holds multiple advanced degrees in business law and finance from esteemed institutions, including Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and OMNES Education.
