Olivier Giannoni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and administrative roles. Since May 2017, Olivier has served as Secrétaire général at UGAP, overseeing the social and economic committee and acting as secretary of the board of directors. Previously, Olivier held the position of Directeur juridique, managing a team of 20 and handling legal engineering of commercial offers. Concurrently, Olivier is an author acclaimed for the book "Stratégie et Techniques de l'achat public," awarded the best public procurement work in 2021. In academia, Olivier teaches administrative contract law, public finance, and corporate accounting at Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. Olivier has also held significant positions in various governmental bodies, including the Direction Generale de l'Aviation Civile and the Conseil d'Etat. Education includes studies at Sciences Po and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
