Birungi Denis is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and legal advisory services at Uganda Registration Services Bureau, serving as a Legal Officer since January 2022, and previously as a Registrar since January 2019. Birungi is currently pursuing a Master's in Intellectual Property at Africa University, and has obtained qualifications from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, including a Chartered Company Secretary Course. Educational achievements also comprise a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from The Law Development Centre Uganda. Additionally, Birungi is engaged in a Chartered Secretary Course with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
