Steven Musumba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and materials engineering. Currently serving as the Laboratory Manager and Quality Control Manager at Uganda National Roads Authority since September 2016, Steven oversees the Quality Control Department and Materials Laboratory while also conducting geotechnical investigations and preparing technical reports. Previously held positions include Materials Engineer at Gauff Consultants (U) Ltd, where responsibilities included geotechnical and pavement designs, and Assistant Materials Engineer at MBW Consulting Ltd, contributing to road upgrading projects. Steven's educational background includes a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and a Diploma in Asphalt and Pavement Engineering from the University of Derby, along with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam.
