Dickens Ahimbisibwe is a seasoned Highway Engineer with extensive experience in the civil engineering sector. Currently employed at the Uganda National Roads Authority since March 2017, Dickens previously served as a Graduate Engineer at URS Corporation from January 2014 to March 2017, and as a Site Engineer at Ambitious Construction Company Ltd from July 2013 to January 2014. Furthermore, Dickens gained foundational experience as a Trainee Engineer with the National Water & Sewerage Corporation in June 2012. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering obtained from Makerere University between 2009 and 2013, along with a formative education at Ntare School Mbarara from 2003 to 2008.
