Rhona Arinaitwe, MBA, is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and stakeholder management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Communications, Public Relations, and Stakeholder Management at MTN Uganda since April 2020, Rhona is responsible for safeguarding the company's corporate image, managing industry policy matters, and representing MTN Uganda in various industry groups. Previous roles include Communications and Sustainability Manager and Communications and Internal Engagement Manager at Uganda Breweries Limited, where strategic communication and brand management were key responsibilities. Additionally, Rhona served as a PR and Communications Officer at The 360 Network and a Public Relations Assistant at Geppetto Media. Rhona holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Makerere University, and a certificate in Stakeholder Engagement and Management from Philanthropy University.
