Patrick Katende is a seasoned commercial strategist with over 15 years of experience in sales, distribution, and marketing across various sectors, including telecom and renewable energy. Currently serving as the Head of Service Centers at Uganda Baati, they are responsible for driving business strategies and managing profitability. Previously, they held senior roles at Smile Communications Uganda Limited and Airtel Uganda, where they successfully led initiatives that enhanced market penetration and revenue growth. Patrick is also a Senior Commercial Strategy Consultant, focusing on business growth and transformation for various clients. They completed their degree at Amity University in 2023.
