Ephraim Bagenda currently serves as the Organization Manager at Uganda Airlines since February 2023. Prior to this role, Ephraim held the position of CEO at UGANDA NATIONAL AIRLINES COMPANY from March 2018 to April 2023, where significant contributions were made towards establishing an effective management system that ensured consistency and unity between corporate leadership and operational management for Uganda's national airline. Ephraim also has extensive experience as Technical Director at RwandAir Ltd from July 2012 to September 2017 and at Air Uganda from March 2010 to June 2012.
