İdil Bülbül has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2022, they worked as a Werkstudent:in Talent Acquisition at u:fynd, where they were involved in application management, recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and reviewing. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, İdil worked as a Werkstudent:in Operations at Flink, where they gained experience in inventory management, data entry, record management, and supply/demand analysis. In 2019 to 2020, İdil served as a Special Project Coordinator at Sonntags-Club e.V., focusing on networking, talent acquisition, diversity management, community building, and fundraising. İdil's earlier experience includes working as an Event Manager for Hakan Erdoğan Productions, a Freelance Translator, Content Coordinator for Hakan Erdoğan Productions, Data Entry Specialist at Konda Araştırma ve Danışmanlık, and Classical Guitar Instructor at Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Müzik Kulübü.

İdil Bülbül's education history begins in 2014 at Boğaziçi University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology. İdil completed their studies in 2020. In the same year, they joined Freie Universität Berlin and enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts (BA) program with a major in Art History and a minor in Social and Cultural Anthropology. Presently, İdil Bülbül is still studying at Freie Universität Berlin, working towards the completion of their Bachelor's degree.
