Virginie Gros has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Responsable département Veille - Innovation - Financement at Ufcv since July 2005, where responsibilities include structuring the department with a strategic watch unit, a patronage pole, and the development of social innovation. Prior roles at Ufcv encompass leadership in activity development, focusing on documentation, reporting, quality assurance, client surveys, and network engagement, as well as coordinating national and regional studies in animation, training, and integration. Previously, at Ifac association from April 2003 to July 2005, Virginie Gros provided consulting services, elaborating social projects, diagnosing youth equipment needs, establishing Local Educational Projects, and defining leisure contracts. Virginie Gros holds a Master 2 (M2) in political sociology from Université Paris Nanterre and a Master 1 (M1) in political sociology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
