Jessica Fan is a Senior Advisor at the Canadian Digital Service, focusing on enhancing service delivery for federal public servants. Concurrently, Jessica serves as a Facilitation Coach at UFacilitate, supporting systems-level collaboration projects, including work with the Pandemic Prevention Institute. Previous experiences include roles as a Systems Change Consultant at Reos Partners, Founding Partner and Chief Innovation Officer at Journey CX, and Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer at SnapLingo. Additional work includes service design at Tsinghua University and Adaptive Path, alongside freelance graphic recording.
