Milena Roman Mora has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Milena has held multiple positions at the UF Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, including Corporate Database Director, SHPEducation Chemical Engineering Advisor, member of the New Member Welcome Committee, and Social Media Director. Milena also participated in the First Year Leadership Program. Milena has interned at Pfizer as an Operations-Solution Intern. Milena served as the Editor In Chief at AIChE - American Institute of Chemical Engineers. In addition, Milena has worked as a Retail Salesperson at Marshalls Convenience Stores and as a Front Desk Associate at Clarion Hotel. Milena started their career as a Quality Control Associate at Tulicorp S.A. Overall, Milena's work experience demonstrates their versatility and involvement across various organizations and industries.

Milena Roman Mora began their education history in 2015 at Unidad Educativa Javier, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Science in 2018. Following this, they attended Valencia College from 2019 to 2021, earning an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies. Currently, Milena is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Florida, expected to be completed by 2024.
