Dr. Surennaidoo Naiken MD, FACS, FEBS, MAS, EMBA is an accomplished medical professional and humanitarian leader with extensive experience in various prestigious roles. As the Founding President of the Humanitarian for Empowerment Association (HFE) since December 2017, Dr. Naiken has been pivotal in advocating for global healthcare initiatives, receiving the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise from the President of Ukraine in 2022 for significant contributions in this area. Currently, Dr. Naiken serves as Medical Director at Pôle santé Vallée de Joux, Senior Consultant at CLINIQUE LA PRAIRIE and HUG - Hopitaux Universitaires de Genève, and has held leadership positions such as MÉDECIN CHEF at Etablissements Hospitaliers du Nord Vaudois. Dr. Naiken holds medical degrees from Donetsk State Medical University and the University of Geneva, as well as an Executive MBA from the Geneva School of Economics and Management, further complemented by various fellowships and certifications in surgery.
