Sylvio Edgard Castro Pinheiro is an experienced professional with a focus on web systems and education. Currently serving as Coordenador adjunto and Analista de Sistemas Web at UEMA - Universidade Estadual do Maranhão since July 2005, Sylvio has developed and managed the CIAAB software and previously implemented the GAP software. Additionally, Sylvio has contributed to academia as a Professor Substituto, teaching various subjects including Planning and Organizational Consulting. As the founder and CEO of By Syd Empreendimentos from 2010 to October 2022, responsibilities included the planning of web-based software and website development. Sylvio's diverse experience includes project coordination at VTI Tecnologia and a managerial role at Inmetro. Educational achievements encompass a postgraduate degree in Marketing, a specialization in geoprocessing, and a degree in Administration.
