Mukhtar Ismail has extensive experience in the field of human resources, currently serving as the HR Business Partner in the Healthcare Solutions Division at UEM Edgenta Berhad since October 2021. Prior to this role, Mukhtar held several positions at Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad, including Senior Assistant Vice President and Senior Executive in Organization Development, where involvement included talent management and performance management. Previous experience also includes roles at AmGeneral Insurance Berhad, Cagamas Berhad, Microlink Solutions Berhad, and early positions in human resources at NCB Resource (M) Sdn Bhd and PECD Construction Sdn Bhd. Mukhtar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Communications & Networking from Universiti Teknologi MARA and a Diploma in Information Technology from Sultan Zainal Abidin Islamic College.
