Antonio Santoro has a diverse work experience in the finance and auditing field. Antonio began their career at Deloitte, where they worked as a Manager from 1998 to 2007. During this time, they handled a portfolio of audit clients, provided advisory consultations, and reviewed accounting treatment of financial instruments. Antonio also spent time in Deloitte's London office, providing support on technical audit and IFRS matters.

Following their tenure at Deloitte, Santoro joined Dresdner Kleinwort as part of the Group Internal Audit team, where they focused on projects related to Financing & Securities Management and Fixed Income Currencies & Commodities.

Santoro then moved on to UBS Wealth Management, where they held various roles from 2008 to 2016. Antonio served as a Risk Manager for LATAM and later transitioned to Group Internal Audit. In this role, they performed internal audit projects across different areas of Wealth Management, such as Investment Management, KYC & AML, and Governance.

In 2016, Santoro joined Credit Suisse as the Head of Quality & Assurance, responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the firm's internal controls. Antonio also served as the Head of the First Line Control Unit for the International Wealth Management division.

Most recently, Santoro joined UEFA as a Senior Compliance Manager in 2019, demonstrating their expertise in regulatory compliance.

Overall, Antonio Santoro has amassed a wealth of experience in risk management, internal auditing, and compliance within the finance industry.

Antonio Santoro obtained a Master's degree in Management from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, graduating in 1998. Following this, they pursued further education at the Academie Suisse d'Expert Comptable, where they completed a program and received the title of Swiss Chartered Accountant in the field of Accounting. This educational journey took place from 2002 to 2007.
