Will Ryan is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in leadership, fundraising, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Dockhand at Freedom Boat Club, Will assists members with boat check-outs and navigation in Boston Harbor. As Co-Executive Director of UDance Dance Marathon, Will leads a team in raising funds for childhood cancer through a community of over 7,000 individuals, managing multiple executive teams and organizing significant fundraising events. Will has a strong background in athletics, having held various leadership positions such as Athletics Director and Varsity Athletics Chair, where responsibilities included budgeting and fundraising for varsity sports. Additional experience includes construction work, rowing instruction, and roles in warehousing and client relations. Will is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance at the University of Delaware.
