Deshant Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain operations and logistics management, currently serving as the Head of Operations for udaan.com since February 2019, where leadership is provided to over 2500 personnel across India. Deshant's responsibilities include scaling operations, enhancing customer experience, and managing PnL. Prior to udaan.com, Deshant held multiple leadership roles at Flipkart from 2010 to 2019, where significant contributions were made in setting up and scaling various supply chain functions. Educational credentials include an Executive Program from the Indian School of Business and a logistics-focused APSCM degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from RGPV, Bhopal.
