Rachel Nosowsky currently serves as Chief Counsel at UCSF Health, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Rachel Nosowsky worked at the University of California from March 2010 to September 2023, where roles included Deputy General Counsel for Health Affairs Privacy & Data Protection and Principal Counsel. In these capacities, Rachel Nosowsky provided legal services to all University of California campuses and UC Health, which includes multiple academic medical centers.
