Michael Haber is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Morrison Healthcare since February 2016, Michael leads culinary operations at Mount Sinai Queens Hospital. Additionally, Michael is the President of Haber's Tonic Co., specializing in all-natural artisan tonic syrups. Previous roles include Executive Chef for Victoria's Secret New York with Aramark Business Services, along with various chef positions at notable Manhattan restaurants such as Tuscan Square and Coco Pazzo. Michael's culinary education includes a Grande Diplome from the International Culinary Center, complemented by studies at Boston University and The Lawrenceville School.
