Rondi Rabuse is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer at UCM Digital Health since January 2023, Rondi previously held the roles of President of the Northeast Market and Regional Vice President at Bright Health from May 2021 to January 2023. Rondi has also contributed as a Board Member at Spire Orthopedic Partners and has held leadership positions at Brighton Health Plan Solutions, Marwood Group, Aetna, Montefiore Medical Center, Comprehensive NeuroScience, and ActiveHealth Management. Rondi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Studies and Women's Studies from Clark University between 1989 and 1993.
