Joy-Anne Best has a diverse background in finance and compliance, currently serving as a Project Accounts Assistant at UCL Business Ltd since January 2020. Previously, Joy-Anne worked as a Trainee Accountant at TD&A Certified Accountants from June to December 2019. Prior to that, Joy-Anne gained extensive experience at 1st National Bank St. Lucia Limited from November 2010 to October 2018, holding various roles including Senior Compliance Officer, Compliance Officer, Securities Clerk, and Teller/Customer Service Representative/Proof Clerk. Joy-Anne's educational qualifications include completing ACCA from 2013 to 2017, completing coursework at the Canadian Securities Institute in 2015, attending Sir Arthur Lewis Community College from 2008 to 2010, and graduating from St. Joseph's Convent in 2008.
