Melody Mance, MHRM, MBA, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at UCI Medical Affiliates since March 2022 and has been employed at Walmart as an Optical Manager since February 2016. Melody holds two Master's degrees from Webster University, one in Business Administration and Management and the other in Human Resources Management, both earned from September 2019 to June 2021. Additionally, Melody obtained a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management from the University of South Carolina, completing the program from 2011 to 2015.
