Kaitlyn Hasty is an experienced recruitment professional with a focus on the Health Care industry. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at UC Health, Kaitlyn previously held the position of Healthcare Recruiter at Intermountain Healthcare, where responsibilities included recruiting for rehabilitation roles. Since December 2021, Kaitlyn has also been involved in recruitment at Hueman RPO, actively sourcing and hiring candidates while maintaining strong relationships between hiring managers and candidates. Prior experiences include Universal Banker at First Community Bank of South Carolina and Retail Service Associate at Security Federal Bank, both of which involved customer service and sales. Kaitlyn began a career in customer service as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A-Franchise. Kaitlyn's educational background includes attendance at Georgia Southern University and Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
