Dave Hoffman currently serves as the Performance Improvement Manager at UC Health, a position held since April 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project and Program Manager for Process Excellence at Kettering Health Network from March 2013 to April 2022, where leadership was provided for network-wide quality initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Dave also worked as a Business Process Improvement Consultant for the American Red Cross Biomedical Services, focusing on process analysis and improvement for blood collection operations from February 2009 to January 2013. Previous roles include Lean Improvement Consultant and National Account Manager at TechSolve, Inc., and General Manager at Thinkpath, Inc. Additionally, Dave has extensive experience in senior manufacturing and process improvement consulting across various industries from 1987 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Lean Manufacturing from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University.
