Cathy Clausen Chien is an experienced healthcare management professional with a focus on operational and financial oversight. Currently serving as Senior Access Infrastructure Manager at UC Health since August 2014, Cathy has held various managerial roles including Project Manager for Ambulatory Services and Business Manager for both the Neuroscience Institute and Brain Tumor Center. Prior experience includes Business Manager and Operations Coordinator at The University Hospital, where Cathy successfully oversaw budgeting for multiple cost centers and achieved significant cost savings. Earlier, as Division Administrator II at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, financial management and operational oversight of a large specialty academic division were key responsibilities. Cathy holds a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Language and International Trade from Clemson University.
