Fuhrer Martin has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as Au?endienst at UCC COFFEE SWITZERLAND AG since January 2012. Previous roles include Au?endienstmitarbeiter at Riem, Daepp & Co AG, and Gastronomieleiter at Forum Sumswald AG. Fuhrer Martin has also held positions such as K¨¹chenchef at Muster Emmentaler Spezialit?ten Party-Service & Catering and Gastwirt at Hotel Gastrozentrum D¨¹rrenroth. Early career roles include K¨¹chenchef and Souschef at Hotel Moosegg, and Koch at Restaurant National Burgdorf. Fuhrer Martin's educational background includes obtaining the state-recognized Bernese qualification for hospitality professionals from the Wirteverband des Kantona Bern in late 1997.
