Frederic Giltaire has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving in a pivotal role at UCB since November 2020 as part of the Global Asset Condition and Reliability team, focusing on the deployment of a new department, technical failure analysis, and operational excellence. Prior to UCB, Frederic worked at Takeda from December 2012 to November 2020, where responsibilities included leading engineering design, managing CAPEX project portfolios, and implementing site master plans. Frederic's earlier career includes leadership positions at AGC as a Senior Maintenance Manager and roles as a Maintenance Engineer at various companies. Frederic holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Université libre de Bruxelles.
