Frank Ludwigs is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing ERP systems and application services. Currently serving as the Head of IT ERP at UCB since January 2015, Frank is responsible for ensuring global ERP service availability, implementing management frameworks, enhancing customer experience, and managing project portfolios and budgets. Previously, Frank held various leadership roles at UCB, including Head of IT SAP CoE and Head of IT SAP Run & Service Management, where responsibilities included managing offshore teams, vendor strategies, compliance, and license management. Prior to UCB, Frank honed skills at Accenture as a Manager in change management for CRM and procurement solutions and worked as a Market Intelligence Analyst at T-Systems. Frank holds multiple advanced degrees in business administration and marketing from institutions such as Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and Ichec Brussels Management School.
