Fanny Eberhardt is an experienced professional in the field of packaging engineering and sourcing management, currently serving as the Sourcing Manager for Drug Product and Drug Substance at UCB since February 2022. Prior to UCB, Fanny held various roles at Elanco from 2015 to 2021, including Sourcing Consultant for External Manufacturing, where responsibilities encompassed strategic sourcing and contract negotiations, as well as contributing as a Consultant Packaging Engineer and Associated Consultant Engineering in the packaging domain. Fanny's experience spans a significant tenure at Novartis from 2010 to 2015, where roles included Technical Manager Packaging and Senior Packaging Specialist, focusing on packaging processes, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier career experiences included positions at RUCH NOVAPLAST GmbH + Co. KG and internships at Amcor and Philip Morris International, leading to a solid foundation in packaging solutions and material development. Fanny holds a Master's degree in Packaging Engineering from ESIREIMS and has completed an Erasmus semester at Stuttgart Media University.
