Baptiste Manteau is a Principal Scientist at UCB since April 2018, previously serving as a Senior Scientist in the same organization. Prior to UCB, Baptiste worked as a Project Leader at DOMAIN Therapeutics from January 2011 to March 2018 and held the position of Research Associate at the University of Pittsburgh from January 2010 to October 2011, conducting postdoctoral research in organic synthesis under Professor K. Brummond. Baptiste completed a PhD thesis at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique from 2007 to 2010, supported by BayerCropscience. Educational qualifications include a Thèse in Chimie Organique from ECPM Ecole européenne de chimie polymères et matériaux de Strasbourg (2006-2009), a Master in Ingénierie chimique et biomoléculaire from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier (2005-2006), and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Chimie from Ecole supérieure de Chimie organique et minérale (2000-2006).
