Anne-laure Demarcy is a seasoned professional in environmental sustainability with extensive experience in leading sustainability initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Environmental Sustainability at UCB since July 2018, Anne-laure is responsible for driving the company's "Health of the planet" pillar with ambitious goals to achieve carbon neutrality in operations by 2030. Previously, as Senior Environmental Sustainability Manager at TAL Apparel Limited, Anne-laure developed and implemented environmental strategies, while earlier roles included CSR Manager for Altran Belgium, where a creative mobility project won the Belgian Environmental Award. With an engineering degree in Agronomy and Environment and several certifications in project management and carbon footprint analysis, Anne-laure has consistently influenced sustainability performance through strategic planning, monitoring, and reporting.
