Terri Lowe is an experienced executive in the insurance operations sector, currently serving as Vice President of Configuration and Claims at UCare since January 2023. Previously, Terri held pivotal roles at NeuGen as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Insurance Operations from March 2018 to January 2023, where leadership focused on transforming insurance units and synchronizing operations across various teams. At WEA Trust, from April 2013 to March 2018, Terri excelled as Senior Director of Insurance Operations, leading significant efficiency improvements and cost reductions. Earlier career experience includes impactful positions at Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation, where strategic leadership was provided to various operational units and business integrations were effectively managed.
