Michele Ament has extensive work experience in various roles in technology and business analysis. Michele started their career in the U S Air Force in 1980, where they worked in resource management until 1989. Following that, they worked as an IT Manager at Medical Associates Health Plan from 1995 to 2000. Michele then joined Alliant Energy as a Business Analyst from 2000 to 2002. Subsequently, Michele worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Centene Management from 2002 to 2009. Michele then joined McKesson Provider Technologies as a Senior Business Analyst from 2009 to 2012. Currently, they are employed at UCare, where they have held multiple roles including Senior Business Analyst Project Lead from 2012 to 2015, Senior Software Analyst from 2015 to present, and Sofware Analyst Lead starting in November 2019.
