Carrie Mitchell, CPPM, CSM, currently serves as the Program Manager of Operational Excellence at UCare, following a career that includes significant leadership roles in project management and business transformation across multiple industries. Previously, Carrie held positions as PMO Leader for North America at INSTANDA, where responsibilities included rapidly scaling project management capabilities, and as Transformation Lead & Chief of Staff for Enterprise Data at Andersen Corporation, overseeing a major data transformation initiative. Carrie also served as Director of Business Transformation at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where efforts focused on establishing a centralized project management office, along with experience in various managerial roles within public sector organizations. Educational credentials include project management certification from the University of Minnesota and foundational studies at the University of Nevada, Reno.
