Joaquim Tecadiomona currently serves as the Gestor operacional de contact center at Ucall, a position held since November 2018, where responsibilities include managing operational aspects of the contact center for clients such as TAAG and Unitel. Additionally, Joaquim holds the title of Gerente de clientes. Joaquim is pursuing education at Universidade Católica de Angola, with studies ongoing since February 2016.
