Dr. Matthew Guthaus serves as a Full Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering department at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and holds the position of Associate Dean of Graduate Studies at the Baskin School of Engineering. With extensive academic qualifications, including a BSE, MSE, and PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Matthew Guthaus has a robust background in computer engineering. The professional experience includes roles as an expert witness in software and hardware patent infringement, as well as a visiting associate professorship at UCSF.
