Helen Ceike Ojeda, CPC, is a seasoned organizational development and learning consultant with extensive experience in leadership development, change management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Senior Organizational Effectiveness & Learning Consultant at UC Irvine Health since March 2013, Helen collaborates with HR and organizational leaders to enhance team effectiveness. Prior roles include Organizational Development Consultant at Blood Systems Inc., and Principal at ChangeOver Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where Helen provided coaching and program design services across various industries.
